WHY POLARSIX?
Our identity is rooted in a story few know —but for us, it means everything: the polar expedition led by Douglas Mawson.
Six men, whose names rarely appear in books, gave up their lives, so that someone else could reach a greater goal. They didn’t do it for glory or recognition. They did it out of conviction, values, and a sense of collective purpose. They are our guiding light.
“Six” represents the strength of those who walk alongside without seeking the spotlight, who push from behind, who never give up even when unseen
“Polar” refers to the iceberg: like athletes, only a small part is visible—medals, titles, records—but underneath lies a world of work, effort, setbacks, and sacrifice. And that’s exactly where we operate.
